About This Caster - 110AX06228SFBC
Choose this 6-inch polyurethane swivel for a heavy cart that runs a finished floor and has to park and hold, where a cast iron wheel gouges the floor and hammers the operator's ears and a kingpin shears under the bump.
The tread is polyurethane chemically bonded to a lightweight aluminum core, maroon and non-marking, which carries a heavy load without flat-spotting and rolls quiet where a metal wheel would mark and clatter, holding from -40 to 180°F. Albion's 110 Contender Kingpinless swivel rides a heat-treated raceway with no kingpin to shear under side load, and the precision ball bearing rolls the load smoothly through the turn. The face brake presses on the wheel to hold the cart once it is set.
