About This Caster - 110NX08228R
Build this 8-inch nylon rigid into the back corners of an impact-prone cart that travels long over debris near chemicals, where a smaller wheel drags and a steel wheel rusts in the wash-down.
The 8-inch diameter is the largest nylon wheel here and rolls over cords, spill, and joints with the least effort, holding a loaded cart's momentum down a long run, and the rigid frame tracks dead straight under a tow. The high-impact nylon wheel resists chipping and shrugs off chemicals from -30 to 220°F, and Albion's 110 Contender brings its heat-treated, kingpinless build to the rigid corners. The precision ball bearing rolls the load smoothly. Confirm the rig clears an 8-inch wheel.
