About This Caster - 110PF06228S
Put this 6-inch polyurethane swivel on the steering corner of a heavy cart that carries a non-marking load on a finished floor, where an aluminum-core poly wheel flexes under the weight and a kingpin shears under the bump.
The tread is polyurethane bonded to a cast iron core, and the iron core holds its shape under loads that deform a lighter aluminum-core wheel while the yellow polyurethane runs non-marking and quiet from -40 to 180°F. Albion's 110 Series Kingpinless swivel rides fully heat-treated raceways with no kingpin to shear or seize, and the precision ball bearing turns the load smoothly. This is the plain swivel for corners that steer rather than park.
