About This Caster - 110PF08228R
Build this 8-inch polyurethane rigid into the back corners of a heavy cart that carries a non-marking load on a long towed run, where a smaller wheel drags and an aluminum-core poly wheel flexes under the weight.
The 8-inch diameter is the largest here and rolls over joints and debris with the least effort, holding momentum down a long run, and the rigid frame tracks dead straight behind a tow where a swivel would wander. The tread is polyurethane bonded to a cast iron core, so the iron core holds its shape under the heaviest poly loads while the yellow tread runs non-marking from -40 to 180°F. Albion's 110 Series rides fully heat-treated, kingpinless raceways, and the precision ball bearing rolls the load smoothly. Confirm the rig clears an 8-inch wheel.

- Back corners of long towed carts on the largest poly wheel
- Non-marking floors where the load would flex an aluminum core
- Heavy runs holding momentum and a straight track
