Set this 6-inch nylon swivel with a face brake on a heavy hot-washdown cart corner that steers, crosses drains, then locks and holds.

A face brake presses a shoe against the wheel to stop it, holding a heavy sanitary cart on its spot at a station or on a ramp. The black nylon wheel is hard and high-capacity, taking heat to 220°F and harsh chemicals where polyurethane would soften, with the trade that it gives no cushioning and can be hard on a soft floor. The kingpinless welded swivel takes shock without a kingpin to loosen, and the stainless frame resists hot-washdown corrosion. It steers on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 7-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -30 to 220°F.
