About This Caster - 120XS08201S-01
Set this 8-inch rubber swivel on a steering corner of the heaviest quiet-washdown cart that maneuvers across drains without scuffing a finished floor.
The kingpinless design matters most at this size and weight: with no central kingpin to loosen, the swivel raceway is welded to the legs inside and out, so it carries the heavy shock an 8-inch caster sees and still swivels freely. The grey rubber tread is non-marking and cushioned, rolling quietly and protecting the floor for a hospital or lab transport cart, and the stainless frame resists washdown corrosion. It steers on a stainless steel roller bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 9-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -45 to 180°F.
