About This Caster - 16XS06201SFBA
Specify this 6-inch 16 Series swivel for a quiet cart that crosses thicker thresholds and parks at a stop, the mold-on rubber caster whose face brake clamps the taller wheel while the tread rolls non-marking over the seam.
A hard braked 6-inch wheel hammers a load over a threshold and scuffs a finished floor; the 16 Series mold-on rubber tread on a polypropylene core rolls quiet and non-marking, the 6-inch diameter bridges a thicker seam, and the face brake presses a shoe against the wheel face to hold at a station. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
