Set this 5-inch Empire 170 rigid on a fixed corner of a dough trough or platform truck that clears thresholds and carries weight without marking the floor.

At 5 inches the larger wheel clears thresholds and seams a 4-inch wheel catches, and the orange round-profile polyurethane tread is non-marking, tough, and easy-rolling on a lightweight aluminum core that will not corrode. It is built kingpinless with no central kingpin to fail under shock. As a rigid caster it tracks straight on the fixed corners, runs on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 6-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
