About This Caster - 330NX08528S
Set this 8-inch nylon swivel on a steering corner of a heavy-duty cart that maneuvers across hot, caustic, or wet floors.
The kingpinless welded raceway carries the heavy shock an 8-inch 3-inch-tread cart drives through a swivel without a central kingpin to fail, and the thick premium-grade stainless steel swivel section resists corrosion through washdowns and caustic air. At 8 inches the larger wheel clears joints while staying maneuverable, and the black nylon wheel holds up to 220°F and harsh chemicals, with the trade that a hard wheel gives no cushioning and can be hard on a soft floor. It runs on a stainless steel precision ball bearing, bolts on a 6-1/4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate, and has a wide 3-inch tread.
