About This Caster - 410NX08528S
Set this 8-inch nylon swivel on a steering corner of the toughest heavy-duty cart that maneuvers across hot or caustic floors.
The kingpinless welded raceway carries the heavy shock an 8-inch 3-inch-tread cart drives through a swivel without a central kingpin to fail, and the 410 carries up to 5,400 pounds across the series. At 8 inches the larger wheel clears joints while staying maneuverable, and the black nylon wheel holds up to 220°F and harsh chemicals, with the trade that a hard wheel gives no cushioning and can be hard on a soft floor. It rides on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 5-1/4 by 7-1/4-inch top plate, and has a wide 3-inch tread.
