About This Caster - 62TM05201R
Set this 5-inch 62 Series rigid under a tow-line cart that runs an oily plant floor, the phenolic caster whose hard wheel rolls easy in a train and resists the grease underfoot.
Phenolic rolls with low resistance under load, which is why it pulls easy in a tow line where a softer wheel would drag the whole train, and the hard resin shrugs off oil, grease, and solvent. It runs from -65°F cold to 250°F heat without softening or cracking from temperature. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, the 5-inch wheel tracks straight, and the 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 plate bolts flat. The hard tread is loud and marks soft floors.

Not for a finished floor or a cushioned ride; the hard wheel marks and clatters, so a polyurethane 62PD05201R rolls quiet and non-marking on a finished floor.
