About This Wheel - ALST 82/15K
Choose this 80mm wheel when a compact cart needs a wider tread than the standard 80mm to spread a sensitive load over more contact.
The 82 carries a 40mm tread, wider than the standard 80mm wheel's 30mm, so it spreads the load over a broader contact patch and keeps floor pressure down on a compact frame. The tread is Blickle's Softhane, a soft polyurethane at 75 Shore A in an extra-thick elastic layer on a die-cast aluminium centre, cushioning shock for a sensitive load while the aluminium carries the weight. The 15mm bore seats a stiff axle, and the green tread holds from -4 to 158°F.

- Wide green Softhane spreading a sensitive load over more contact
- Aluminium-centre wheel on a 15mm axle, low deck
