Pick this 125mm wheel for a piece of equipment that parks most of the day on hard floor and then gets repositioned under its full weight, the duty where a soft rubber wheel takes a permanent flat and then thumps every revolution after.
Blickle Extrathane polyurethane at 92 Shore A is the answer to that. It is firm enough to carry a concentrated point load without compression-setting where it sits, yet it stays bonded to the die-cast aluminium centre so the tread does not peel under the shear of a heavy turn. The aluminium centre keeps the wheel light and rust-free for indoor machine and equipment service.
