About This Caster - B-GTH 160K-TMR
Choose this 160mm rigid for a towed train that carries more than rubber should and needs a holding brake with the lever on the right side.
It is the mirror of the left-lever Extrathane version: the same Blickle Extrathane polyurethane on a cast iron centre that resists tearing and chunking and carries a higher load than rubber, holding from -4 to 158°F, with the dead-man drum brake's lever carried on the right to match the operator's reach. The rigid frame tracks straight under a tow, the ball bearing keeps the roll light, and it mounts on a 140 by 110mm plate.
Ideal applications
- Towed trains carrying heavy loads with a right-lever holding brake
- Right-rail rigid corners where Extrathane resists tearing
- Cast-iron-centre poly braked from the right of the frame
For the lever on the left side, the B-GTH 160K-TML mirrors this brake.
