About This Caster - B-PO 75G
Pick this 75mm rigid where a cart runs through chemicals or hose-down and a rubber or steel wheel would swell, rust, or pick up grit.
The wheel is solid high-quality nylon 6, hard and dimensionally stable, which carries a high load for its size, shrugs off the chemicals and moisture that degrade other treads, and holds from -13 to 176°F. The plain bore bearing keeps it simple and economical for occasional duty, and the rigid frame holds a straight line under a tow. It mounts on a 100 by 85mm plate. The hard tread gives no cushioning, so it suits a smooth, debris-free floor.
Ideal applications
- Hose-down and chemical areas where rubber swells or steel rusts
- Hard nylon wheels carrying a high load on a small rigid corner
- Economical plain-bore rigid corners on a smooth floor
Where the floor is rough or quiet matters, a rubber B-TPA 102G cushions the ride at a lower load class.
Pairs with: matching nylon swivels on the front corners so the cart steers up front and tracks at the rear.
