Choose this 80mm Blickle FPTH guide roller when a load, door, or conveyor needs lateral guidance and a soft contact point that will not scuff what it touches.
A guide roller is not a floor caster; it mounts on a central bore and spins to guide, steer, or protect along an edge, rail, or machine frame. The tread is high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane over a nylon centre, a combination that absorbs contact, resists abrasion, and rolls with low resistance so it turns freely when a load brushes against it. The grey polyurethane is non-marking, so it protects painted, finished, or product surfaces rather than scarring them. It runs on a ball bearing for smooth rotation and holds from -4 to 158°F. At 80mm it suits guide tracks, pallet runways, door edges, and machine guarding.
