About This Wheel - GSPO 150/30K
Fit this 150mm cast nylon wheel under a heavy platform that has to roll across rough-jointed but smooth concrete.
The wheel is high-quality cast nylon at hardness 80 Shore D, a dense reaction-cast material carrying a very high load with low rolling resistance. At 150mm the larger diameter rolls over expansion joints and debris that stop a smaller wheel, and it seats on a thick 30mm axle for the weight that comes with it. As a hard wheel it gives no cushioning, runs louder than rubber, and belongs on smooth concrete rather than rough or delicate floors. It runs on a ball bearing and holds from -4 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 150mm cast-nylon wheel under a heavy platform
- 55mm hard tread on a 30mm axle rolling over debris
- High-capacity nylon wheel on a thick 30mm shaft
For a wider 80mm tread on a thicker axle, the GSPO 152/35K spreads more load.
Pairs with: a matching heavy-duty swivel or rigid bracket sized to the 30mm axle bore.
