About This Wheel - GTH 150/20K

Choose this 150mm wheel when an industrial cart at this size is loaded right to the top of its class and an aluminium-cored wheel is at its limit, the point where the centre, not the tread, becomes the weak link.

The wheel pairs the same Blickle Extrathane polyurethane tread with a rugged grey cast iron centre, and the iron hub carries more load than die-cast aluminium without flexing, so the wheel holds its rating under a heavy concentrated deck. The firm Extrathane tread still rolls without marking and resists the chunking that ends a softer wheel under that weight.

Ideal applications

• Heavy industrial transfer carts loaded to the top of the 150mm class, sealed concrete
• Tool and die carts with concentrated heavy fixtures, finished shop floor
• Production rigs where an aluminium-cored wheel has been failing at the hub

Skip the cast iron centre if weight and rolling noise matter more than top capacity; the aluminium-cored ALTH 150 is lighter and quieter at a lower rating.
