About This Caster - HRLK-ALTH 80K
Choose this 80mm Blickle HRLK leveling caster when a machine needs lever-set leveling in a more compact wheel than the 100mm version.
A leveling caster combines a wheel with an integrated leveling foot. This HRLK version uses a fixed-position operating lever: flip it to lower a pad that lifts the wheel, locking and leveling the machine, then flip it back to roll. The mechanism doubles as a truck lock. The wheel is a compact 80mm, pairing a Blickle Extrathane polyurethane tread with a die-cast aluminum centre for low-resistance rolling that is easy on the floor while repositioning. This version sits on a taller 140 millimetre mount height, useful where the frame needs more clearance. The strong HRLK pressed-steel bracket mounts on a 100 by 85 millimetre top plate, and it holds from -4 to 158°F.
