About This Caster - HRLK-PO 75G
Choose this 75mm Blickle HRLK leveling caster when a machine works in higher heat and needs lever-set leveling on a hard nylon wheel.
A leveling caster combines a wheel with an integrated leveling foot. This HRLK version uses a fixed-position operating lever: flip it to lower a pad that lifts the wheel, locking and leveling the machine, then flip it back to roll. The wheel is hard white Nylon 6, which rolls with low resistance for easy repositioning, is non-marking, and handles a higher heat range than the polyurethane versions. It runs on a plain bore bushing rather than a ball bearing, which keeps it the economical choice for slower, occasional repositioning. The HRLK pressed-steel bracket mounts on a 100 by 85 millimetre top plate at a 140 millimetre height, and it holds from -13 to 176°F.
