Fit this 80mm load roller into a pallet truck whose fork takes a 54mm-wide roller on a 20mm axle.
The 54mm width suits a narrower fork pocket than the 60mm and wider rollers, and the tread is Blickle Extrathane, a 92 Shore A polyurethane bonded to a steel centre so it resists tearing and chunking under the heavy point loads of a jack, rolling with low resistance so a loaded pallet pulls with less effort from -4 to 158°F. The steel centre carries the load and the ball bearing turns on a 20mm bore. It measures 80mm in diameter with a 54mm hub.

- Narrower forks that a 54mm roller fits, 20mm axle
- Extrathane replacing rollers gone hard or flat
Match all four dimensions, 80mm diameter, 54mm width, 20mm bore, and 54mm hub, to the truck before ordering.
