About This Caster - LER-PO 100G
Bolt this 100mm nylon swivel to a light cart that needs a hard-wearing wheel and an easy swivel on a smooth floor.
The wheel is hard Blickle nylon 6, carrying its load with low rolling resistance and shrugging off water and chemicals, though it gives no cushioning and runs best on smooth concrete rather than rough or sensitive floors. It steers on a pressed-steel LER swivel head with a double ball bearing and central kingpin for a smooth, durable turn. At 100mm it clears small seams the 80mm wheel catches, mounts through a single bolt hole at a 102mm mount height, and holds from -13 to 176°F.

- 100mm nylon bolt-hole swivel under a light cart
- Plain-bore hard wheel clearing small seams on smooth concrete
- Double-ball-bearing swivel head for a durable turn
For a total-lock brake on a larger wheel, the 125mm LER-PO 125R-FI locks down completely.
