About This Caster - LEX-PO 125KAD
Choose this 125mm Blickle LEX swivel caster when a cart has to steer through washdown, moisture, or corrosive cleaning without rusting.
The bracket is stainless steel, so it stands up to water, cleaning chemicals, and humid or salty air in food processing, pharmaceutical, and marine settings where ordinary plated steel corrodes. The wheel is hard white nylon, which rolls with low resistance, resists water and many chemicals, and stays non-marking on clean floors, though like any hard wheel it offers no cushioning and suits smooth floors. A synthetic thread guard shields the bearing from carpet fibre, hair, and string. It swivels on a ball bearing with no lock, mounts on a 100 by 85 millimetre top plate at a 150 millimetre height, and holds from -13 to 176°F.
