About This Caster - LK-ALTH 200K-IS-AS-CO
Spec this 200mm heavy-duty swivel for a steered ESD or AGV cart on a hard floor that has to turn easily, drain static, and park with a pedal.
This one stacks three features: the AS grade makes the firm Extrathane tread conductive so a rolling static charge drains to a grounded floor instead of into a sensitive load; the crowned tread is rounded so it steers and self-centers easily on a frequently-turned or automated cart; and the ideal-stop pedal locks the wheel and swivel to park it. The grey Extrathane at 92 Shore A on a die-cast aluminium centre carries a high load at low weight. The strong LK pressed-steel bracket carries the swivel on a 140 by 110mm top plate, holding from -4 to 158°F.
