About This Caster - LK-POW 100KF-1
Choose this 100mm heavy-duty swivel for a high-load cart on a hard floor that needs the strength of a nylon wheel without its usual noise.
The wheel is a hard nylon 6 with a rubber damping ring built into the hub, and that ring is the point: it absorbs the vibration a bare nylon wheel sends into the frame, so the cart runs noticeably quieter while still carrying a high load and rolling with low resistance on a smooth floor. A synthetic thread guard keeps fibre out of the ball-bearing race. The strong LK pressed-steel bracket carries the swivel on a 140 by 110mm top plate, holding from -4 to 176°F.
