About This Caster - LPA-VSTH 35K
Pick this 35mm swivel when a small precision frame has to carry a real load in the least possible wheel diameter.
The tread is Blickle Extrathane, a high-grade polyurethane chemically bonded to a steel centre so it resists tearing and chunking and will not separate under load the way a pressed-on tyre can. On a 35mm wheel that bonded construction is what lets a tiny caster carry a heavy-for-its-size load, and the steel centre holds the shape that a plastic centre would deform. The light brown tread is non-marking and runs from -4 to 158°F, and the ball bearing keeps a small wheel rolling under weight.
Ideal applications
- Compact instrument and machine bases needing load in 35mm
- Precision frames where a larger wheel will not fit
- Higher-temperature duty up to 158°F on a small caster
If the floor is mark-sensitive and the load is light, a softer rubber wheel rolls quieter at a lower class. See the Blickle collection.
