About This Wheel - PATH 50/6KFD
Choose this 50mm wheel for a compact cart on a 6mm axle that works a wet or dusty bench and needs its small bearing sealed against the mess.
The D in the part number marks the sealed ball bearing: a cover over the race shields the balls from wash-down water, swarf, and bench dust, which a small open bearing fouls quickly when a wheel sits low in the grime. It keeps the light push of the ball bearing and the synthetic thread guard of the open version. The tread is Blickle's thermoplastic polyurethane at 94 Shore A on a nylon 6 centre, abrasion-resistant and non-marking grey from -4 to 158°F.

- 50mm carts on a 6mm axle at a wet or swarf-covered bench
- Sealed ball bearing shielding a low wheel from grime
- Compact grey TPU that keeps rolling where dust fouls an open race
