About This Wheel - PO 125/20G
Choose this 125mm nylon wheel when a fixture runs the thickest 20mm shaft and the load is high enough that a thinner axle would flex.
The 20mm bore is the largest in this group, seating the thickest, stiffest axle for the highest static load, and at 125mm the hard nylon 6 at 70 Shore D clears dock lips a 100mm jams on while rolling with low resistance on a smooth floor. A plain bore rides direct on the shaft, the economy choice. Nylon ignores water and chemicals, the trade being a hard ride that can damage a soft floor. This colder-rated grade holds down to -13°F up to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 125mm fixtures on the thickest 20mm load-bearing shaft
- Largest 20mm plain bore on a high-load hard nylon wheel
- Chemical-proof 125mm nylon, 20mm bore, rated to -13°F
For a smaller 15mm plain bore on the same 125mm wheel, the PO 125/15G fits a lighter shaft.
