About This Wheel - PO 200/25K
Spec this 200mm nylon wheel when the load is high enough that a 20mm axle would flex and the cart needs the thicker 25mm shaft.
The 25mm bore is thicker than the standard 20mm, seating a stiffer axle that carries a very high static load without flexing, and at 200mm the hard nylon 6 at 70 Shore D rolls the roughest hard floor with low resistance. The 25mm ball bearing keeps the push light under the weight. Nylon ignores water and chemicals, the trade being a hard ride that can damage a soft floor. It holds from -4 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 200mm very-high-load carts on a thick 25mm axle
- Ball-bearing 25mm bore for a stiff shaft that won't flex
- Chemical-proof 200mm nylon on the roughest hard floor
For a 20mm axle at the same diameter, the PO 200/20K fits a lighter shaft.
