About This Wheel - PO 50/8G
Choose this 50mm nylon wheel for a compact fixture on an 8mm axle that needs a high load from a tiny wheel on a hard floor.
At 50mm, the smallest in the PO line, the wheel keeps a frame low and tight, and the hard nylon 6 at 70 Shore D carries a high load for its size while rolling with low resistance on a smooth floor. A plain bore rides direct on the 8mm axle, the economy choice for a frame moved now and then. Nylon ignores water and chemicals, the trade being a hard ride that can damage a soft floor. This colder-rated grade holds down to -13°F up to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 50mm compact fixtures on an 8mm axle, low deck, hard floors
- High load from a tiny nylon wheel on a plain bore
- Chemical-proof 50mm nylon rated to -13°F on smooth concrete
For more diameter on a slightly larger compact frame, the 75mm PO 75/12G steps up.
