About This Wheel - POHI 102/12G
Choose this 100mm Blickle POHI wheel when a high-heat cart needs a wider contact band on a heat-resistant thermoplastic wheel.
The wheel is a Blickle TempLine Performance thermoplastic, a hard, highly heat-resistant compound rated to handle up to 482°F, fitting drying ovens, baking lines, and heat-treatment work. At 100mm with a wider 38mm tread, it spreads contact over a broader band than the standard 30mm wheels, which lowers floor pressure under the load. It rolls with low resistance, resists abrasion, and its grey color is easy on the floor for a hard wheel. It runs on a plain bore bushing, which tolerates heat with no packed grease to fail. It holds from -13 to 482°F and belongs on smooth floors.
