About This Wheel - PP 125/12R
Choose this 125mm Blickle PP wheel when a chemical-area cart needs an economical wheel for steady pushing on a roller bearing.
The wheel is high-quality polypropylene, a lightweight plastic with high resistance to many acids, alkalis, and solvents, a low-cost choice for washdown and chemical areas where steel corrodes. At 125mm it clears thresholds and rolls more smoothly than the compact size, and its roller bearing suits heavier sustained pushing where a plain bushing would wear faster. It is hard with no cushioning, carries less than nylon, and works to a lower temperature ceiling. As a black wheel it may mark light flooring and suits smooth floors. It holds from -4 to 140°F.
