About This Wheel - SE 100/20K
Fit this 100mm wheel to a light cart or piece of equipment that has to roll easily over floor seams without much push effort.
The Blickle EasyRoll tyre is elastic solid rubber at hardness 65, a cushioned compound that keeps rolling resistance low so the cart starts moving with a light shove and rides quietly over joints. Its nylon 6 centre is lightweight and corrosion-free, a good match for damp or wash-area duty and lighter loads rather than heavy production traffic. It runs on a ball bearing and takes a 20mm axle through the bore. At 100mm by 45mm it clears small obstacles a smaller wheel hangs up on, and it holds from -4 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 100mm nylon-centre cushioned wheel under a light cart
- 45mm elastic rubber tread rolling a 100mm wheel over seams
- Lightweight nylon hub on a 20mm axle for occasional moves
For non-marking duty on a finished floor, the 125mm grey version uses the same EasyRoll tyre.
Pairs with: a matching swivel or rigid bracket sized to the 20mm axle bore.
