About This Wheel - SPO 127/20G
Fit this wide 125mm nylon wheel under a heavier smooth-floor cart that benefits from more tread contact on a 20mm axle.
The wheel is solid nylon 6 at hardness 70 Shore D, hard, impact resistant, and resistant to water and chemicals, rolling with low resistance. At 50mm its tread is wider than the standard 125mm wheel, which spreads the load over more contact area and helps it sit steadier under a top-heavy cart. Being a hard wheel it gives no cushioning and belongs on smooth concrete rather than rough or delicate floors. It rides on a plain bore for economical service, takes a 20mm axle, and holds from -13 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- Wide 125mm nylon wheel spreading load on a 20mm axle
- 50mm hard tread plain-bore under a top-heavy cart
- Chemical-resistant wide nylon wheel for smooth concrete
For a smoother roll under that load, the ball-bearing SPO 127/20K eases frequent moves.
Pairs with: a matching swivel or rigid bracket sized to the 20mm axle bore.
