About This Wheel - SPO 150/20K
Fit this 150mm nylon wheel to a transport cart in constant service that needs to clear obstacles and roll with little effort on a smooth floor.
The wheel is solid nylon 6 at hardness 70 Shore D, hard, impact resistant, and chemical resistant, with low rolling resistance. Its ball bearing spins freely under a heavy load, so a cart that is loaded and moved many times a day starts and tracks with less effort than one on a plain bore. As a hard wheel it gives no cushioning and belongs on smooth concrete rather than rough or delicate floors. It takes a 20mm axle and holds from -4 to 176°F. At 150mm the larger diameter rolls over seams without stalling.
Ideal applications
- 150mm ball-bearing nylon wheel under a busy transport cart
- 50mm hard tread on a 20mm axle for heavy daily moves
- Smooth-rolling nylon wheel clearing seams on smooth concrete
For a simpler, economical mount, the plain-bore SPO 150/20G suits occasional moves.
