Choose this 2.5-inch polyolefin swivel with the Delrin bearing for a tubular cart in a damp growing or wash area, the no-rust caster that snaps into a tube leg and needs no grease in the wet.
The molded polyolefin wheel neither rusts nor absorbs water, and the Delrin plain bearing rolls maintenance-free with nothing to wash out, which suits a greenhouse, nursery, or wash-bay cart that stays wet and rolls intermittently. The 1/2-inch modular stem snaps into an open round tube leg with no weld or thread, and at 2.5 inches the caster keeps a low deck. The trade is a firmer, louder ride than rubber. It is the economical no-maintenance steering caster for a damp tube-leg cart.
