About This Caster - 2.02254.53 MTG12
Choose this 2.5-inch polyolefin swivel with the fine 1/2-20 stem for a wet food-prep cart that shakes under a mixer, the no-rust caster whose fine thread resists backing out and whose molded wheel ignores the washdown.
A prep cart on a fine-tapped leg that carries a vibrating mixer needs a stud that will not walk loose and a wheel that survives the wash, and the fine 1/2-20 thread grips against the shake while the polyolefin wheel shrugs off the water and chemicals. The Delrin plain bearing rolls maintenance-free. At 2.5 inches it keeps a low deck. It is the no-rust vibration-resistant caster for a wet cart on a fine-tapped leg.
