Choose this 2.5-inch polyolefin swivel with the 3/4-10 stem and ball bearing for a busy commissary cart on the heaviest tapped frame, the no-rust caster whose largest stud anchors the weight and rolls smooth through constant use.
A loaded commissary or central-kitchen cart built on a 3/4-tapped frame needs the largest stud to anchor it, and the 3/4-10 stem is the biggest in the line. The molded polyolefin wheel resists the constant water, grease, and wash of a high-volume kitchen, and the ball bearing keeps the heavy cart rolling through constant use. At 2.5 inches it keeps a low deck. It is the no-rust high-traffic caster for the heaviest 3/4-tapped leg.
