About This Caster - 2.02254.91 MTG12
Choose this 2.5-inch polyurethane swivel with the fine 1/2-20 stem for a metrology or instrument cart that shakes, the non-marking caster that carries a load and whose fine thread resists backing out under vibration.
The HI-TECH polyurethane tread carries a load above rubber without flat-spotting and leaves no mark, and the fine 1/2-20 thread grips a fine-tapped leg against the vibration a powered instrument puts into the frame. The Delrin plain bearing rolls maintenance-free. At 2.5 inches it keeps a low deck. It is the maintenance-free vibration-resistant load caster for a fine-tapped leg.
Ideal applications
- Metrology or instrument cart on a fine 1/2-20 leg, sealed floor
- Non-marking load rig where a coarse stud would shake loose
- Powered-equipment cart needing a vibration-proof load mount
