Specify this 2.5-inch conductive Performa rubber swivel with the top lock brake on the standard plate for the parking corner of an electronics-assembly cart, the bolt-on caster that drains static to ground and locks the wheel where the cart parks.

It carries two features at once: the conductive tread bleeds static off the cart so it cannot discharge into sensitive boards, and the top lock brake stops the wheel so a parked cart holds at a station. It bolts to the common 2 Series pattern, and the wheel keeps the soft, quiet, non-marking Performa ride on a ball bearing. At 2.5 inches it keeps a low deck.
