About This Caster - 2.02256.91 BRK1
Specify this 2.5-inch polyurethane swivel with the top lock brake for the parking corner of a compact top-plate cart, the low caster whose top pedal locks the wheel so a small loaded rig stays put.
The top lock brake presses a pedal onto the wheel to stop it rolling, which holds a compact equipment cart at a workstation or against a wall. The HI-TECH polyurethane tread carries a non-marking load above rubber without flat-spotting, and the Delrin plain bearing rolls maintenance-free and cannot rust, so the braked corner survives a wash area. The top plate bolts to a flat frame, and at 2.5 inches the caster keeps a low deck. It is the braked corner for a small finished-floor cart.
