About This Caster - 2.02256.91 MTG59
Choose this 2.5-inch polyurethane swivel with the Delrin bearing on the 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate for a load cart drilled to that oversized pattern, the non-marking caster whose plate spreads the load and needs no grease.
The 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate bolts to that oversized pattern and spreads the load over more deck, the HI-TECH polyurethane tread carries a load above rubber without flat-spotting and leaves no mark, and the Delrin plain bearing rolls maintenance-free. At 2.5 inches it keeps a low deck. It is the maintenance-free oversized-plate load caster for that specific frame.
Ideal applications
- Load cart on a 4-1/8 x 3-1/8 frame, sealed shop floor
- Non-marking oversized-plate rig parked loaded between moves
- Specific-pattern cart that spreads the load and needs no grease
Skip this plate if your frame uses the standard or square pattern; the larger MTG27 polyurethane 33JH25V-03 and the square MTG35 polyurethane 31JH25V-03 fit those layouts.
