Specify this 3.5-inch polyurethane swivel with the Delrin bearing, total lock brake, and square 3-1/2 by 3-1/2 inch plate for a square-framed cart that must park dead still, the symmetric plate that matches a square-drilled frame and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
The square plate seats on a square-drilled frame in any orientation, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so the cart neither rolls nor turns once parked, the HI-TECH polyurethane tread carries more than rubber and resists shop oils, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry. Confirm your bolt pattern matches the square 3-1/2 inch plate before you order. It is the fully-locking square-plate polyurethane swivel for a square-framed cart that must hold its spot.
