Specify this 3.5-inch polyurethane swivel with the ball bearing, top lock brake, and oversized 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate for a heavier flat-framed cart that parks at a station, the bigger plate that spreads the load and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
The 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate spreads a heavier load over more steel, the ball bearing rolls the loaded cart easy, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a station, and the HI-TECH polyurethane tread resists flat-spotting and shop oils. Confirm your frame is drilled for the 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch pattern before you order. It is the oversized-plate braked polyurethane swivel for a heavier flat-framed cart that parks loaded.
