Polyolefin shrugs off water, mild chemicals, and washdown where rubber would swell, the Delrin bearing has no grease to wash out, the 1/2-13 stem threads into a half-inch boss with the one-inch length seated fully, and the bigger 4-inch wheel clears thresholds.
