Specify this 4-inch polyurethane swivel with the Delrin bearing, top lock brake, and oversized 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate for a heavier flat-framed cart that spreads its load and parks at a station, the bigger plate that covers more frame and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
The 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate spreads a heavier load over more steel, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bench, the HI-TECH polyurethane tread carries more than rubber and rolls away without a flat, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry. Confirm your frame is drilled for the 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 pattern before you order. It is the oversized-plate tough braked big-wheel polyurethane swivel for a heavier flat-framed cart that parks loaded.
