Specify this 4-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing, top lock brake, and expanding adapter stem for a round-tube cart that parks at a station, the MTG41 sleeve that grips the tube ID from inside and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
The expanding adapter slides into a round tube and the nut compresses a sleeve that grips the wall, so the caster mounts with no weld and no bracket, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bench, the bigger 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears thresholds, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry. Confirm the MTG41 sleeve matches your tube ID before you order. It is the no-weld braked round-tube rubber swivel for a tube-frame cart that parks often.
