The ball bearing carries a heavier load and rolls it with less push than a Delrin bore, so a busy tube cart steers with less effort, the expanding adapter clamps the round leg with no weld, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bench, and the bigger 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears thresholds. Confirm the MTG42 sleeve matches your tube ID before you order. It is the easy-rolling braked round-tube rubber swivel for a busy tube-frame cart.
