Specify this 4-inch polyurethane swivel with the ball bearing, total lock brake, and expanding adapter stem for a busy heavier round-tube cart that must park dead still, the tough HI-TECH Maroon tread that rolls easy and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
The ball bearing rolls a loaded tube cart easy while you move it, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so the cart neither rolls nor turns once parked, the HI-TECH polyurethane tread resists flat-spotting and stays non-marking, and the MTG41 sleeve clamps the round leg with no weld. Confirm the MTG41 sleeve matches your tube ID before you order. It is the tough easy-rolling fully-locking round-tube polyurethane swivel for a busy tube-frame cart.
