The total lock brake is the difference: one pedal stops the wheel from turning and locks the swivel from spinning, so a fully loaded cart holds its exact spot and will not creep or pivot. The blue HydroTech alloy wheel is a corrosion-resistant tread built for the wettest, most chemical-heavy bays, on a roller bearing and a stainless steel frame for full wash-down duty.
